He has been active in the underground music scene in England since the early acid-house days. In 1993 he started the label Audio Illusion with friend Brett Youngs, a label that set the standard for industrial electrotechno in Europe, and became known as the true London underground sound. The label Audio Illusion released groundbreaking records by artists from all over the world, and took the initiative to form the Dead Silence syndicate, a collective of like-minded labels and artists, now also up and coming live drum 'n bass band with Krude as their frontman MC, terrorizing dance floors all over England.
He has released records on several underground labels in England and recently also in France and Holland under the name Audio Illusion, Krude, and together with Dexorcist (Simon Brown) as Bomb Dogs.
He decided to take Audio illusion and create a live performance for the outfit. Cheaply investing in a pair of Korg Electribe ES1's and a Yamaha RM1X, after some weeks of programming the live set was ready and quickly started makeing noise in London and Europe. His live-sets are a fantastic mind-blowing funky mix of industrial drum 'n bass electrobreak.

So, summer is in the air again. The long dark eternal winter fails once again to stay forever and our old friend summer returns to entertain the kids on planet earth.
Thats right. its nearly summer.
I took time out to find some of my favourite rave tunes from the early 90's on the shelves in my room, give them a clean and put together a bag of rave juice for the summer.

19 February 06 - 20:03Interview with Krude by Atome..
Recently regrouped under Syndicate organism, DeadSilence underground members carry on with their quest of a bass ruled world. Wanted by Edge City polices (an imaginary town, symbolism of anti-electronic fight and martyr for a long time of murder audio terrorism), our fugitives have found with Ben McCusker aka Krude a spokesman to their claims. Owner of Audio Illusion label, half of The Bombdogs band explains us foundations of this unusual criminal organisation.

19 February 06 - 18:28PRESS & BLOGS
So, I used to run a record label with my good friend Brett Youngs aka Innocent Bystander R.I.P [founder member of the deadsilence syndicate] but more about him later.
Audio illusion was a label we started to satisfy the needs of many people not satisfied with the music they could purchase at the local record store. Our aim was industrial but danceable...intelligent techno was all around us at the time and Brett once quoted "Audio illusion is a label with balls not brains"....How right he was.
The Audio illusion mission begun in 1996 releasing a white label by a local producer called "Cal" entitled the "Sex with an Alien e.p.". We went on to release 18 more 12" over the course of 7 years slowly adapting the style of the label to suit our ever changing needs whilst constantle meeting new scientists to release music on the label.
The last ever Audio Illusion 12" will be released some time in 2006 and will be in memory the late Brett Youngs. Keep an eye out for that one.

13 February 06 - 16:06It started with Hardcore, by Eun
It started with Hardcore: the mutant child spawned by the British rave scene in the early '90s. The combination of fresh drugs and fresher music was levelling the playing field. Anyone with access to the technology or the enthusiasm to put on a party could create their own pocket of musical resistance to the constraining nature of life in Britain. For those not content to follow the 'me, me, me' mentality encouraged in life and work there was an opportunity to build something in a scene with its own rules...
